Future Shock

Chrononaut Henry Rice dematerialized from the time machine's accelerator platform: he was being sent to the year 2840 on a geo-political reconnaissance mission. Exploring the timestream was a tricky affair, full of risk and ethical difficulties. The current program involved sending lone operatives into different eras covertly, and recalling them after a short period using a field of charged particles. Exploration of the future was particularly difficult, but the program pushed ahead, sending men and women further and further each time. No-one had ever gone this far before. When Rice was recalled, something astonishing stood in his place. A tall female figure with oddly even skin and a wild shock of hair stood where he should have been. The chrono control team all stood, aghast - nothing but Rice should have been able to return! She wore transparent plastic, revealing a perfect body with huge breasts, and a visor which covered half of her face. 

"This form was nano-converted following apprehension," she intoned flatly. "The subversion was open masculinity and possession of masculine attributes. Sentence was conversion and ten cycles labour in the Justice Task Force." The beautiful and strange woman that had been Rice stepped forward. "There are twelve subverts in this room. Detected subversion is open masculinity and possession of masculine attributes. Your sentence is nano-conversion and ten cycles labour in the Justice Task Force. Submit."
